Are sessions online or in person?
Both! Just choose what works best for you. Our online sessions are interactive and just as effective as in-person coaching. We often recommend a hybrid approach to training, online sessions initially followed by an in-person session or masterclass to put everything into practice.
How quickly will I see results?
Many clients notice improvements after just a few sessions. With consistent practice, you can build long-lasting confidence and presence after a few months.
