CANCELLLATION POLICY

We understand that things change. 

 

You can reschedule booked sessions within 24 hrs' of your booked session. 

 

If you need to cancel, you can do so with no fee up to 48 business hours before the booked session by emailing info@brava.uk.com 

 

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your booked session, there will be a charge of 25% of the original fee to cover administration costs. Cancelling sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
