Melissa is the founder and principal coach at BRAVA, specialising in high performance speech communication and voiceover coaching.

Melissa has had a prolific career as a full time VO and lectured and coached across a range of subjects, including communication, VO, podcasting, live radio and presentation for the corporate sector and education providers including Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Ravensbourne University, and LEAs across the UK.

Melissa has a BA (Hons) in English Literature and an MSc in Marketing Communications. She was Head of Comms at digital agency, e3 (now Great State) and took on a range of consultancy roles for startups - most notably, SecondSync (co-founded by her husband), which was acquired by Twitter in 2014. She went on to live and work as a VO in California for two years.

Melissa regularly speaks at industry events and is now based in Bristol.
