BRAVA to deliver VO coaching for MFA Acting Programme at Louisiana State University, USA

BRAVA continues its coaching across the Atlantic delivering workshops for students at Louisiana State University (LSU).

BRAVA founder, CEO and principal coach, Melissa Thom, will work with graduate MFA Acting students at the university. The LSU MFA in Acting Program provides rigorous physical, vocal, emotional, and critical actor training approaches and covers areas of voice instruction informed by techniques including Knight-Thompson Speechwork, Fitzmaurice Voicework and Estill Voice Training.

Melissa will be guiding the students through the craft of commercial voiceover, introducing them to the VO landscape. Melissa said:

‘We are thrilled at BRAVA to be working with the graduate MFA programme at LSU to introduce students to the world of commercial voiceover. VO is a craft to add to any voice professional’s skillset and we look forward to this continued partnership.’
