BRAVA is delighted to announce today that Kate Staniforth has joined the team as Talent Manager, as the Academy continues to realise its growth ambitions.
Kate will oversee the day-to-day management of BRAVA Talent and support national and international activities. She has a wealth of experience in the creative industries and broadcast sector and is a professional singer and music educator, having taught privately in the City, and has held project manager roles for clients including Bristol City Council.
Prior to this, Kate was Promotions Manager for Gcap Media’s One Network portfolio of 42 UK radio stations, where she was responsible for project management and delivery of network competitions and corporate promotions. She also maintained and developed relationships with global record companies and talent, PR agencies and senior management and was also the sole booker of celebrities and musical artists for national radio show interviews.
Kate also has significant market research experience, having overseen and managed GCap Media’s Market Research Centre, liaising with management, internal clients, research consultants and outside suppliers.
