Maxim is a very experienced VO with a long list of credits, & trained as an actor in movement & physical theatre at the legendary Jacques Lecoq Theatre School in Paris. His natural deep, authentic, RP style adds gravitas to his commercial and narration reads & his skill for accents & languages (fluent in French & Spanish) & his versatility make him the perfect choice for gaming and character work.
Commercial and corporate clients include Danone, Dexcom, Financial Times, Natwest & AstraZeneca. Video game work includes the acclaimed Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden for Don’t Nod/Focus Entertainment and Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince for Square Enix, alongside indie titles such as Mortal Shell and Demeo. He plays Tex in the award-winning educational animation series Katie & Tex, and was a finalist in the BBC Norman Beaton Fellowship for voice actors in 2023. As an actor, Maxim has worked for the BBC, Channel 4 & the Royal Shakespeare Company, alongside actors including Charles Dance & Downton Abbey's Laura Carmichael. He has also appeared in London's West End, & ran his own theatre group. He is trained in Mo-cap and Performance Capture, a perfect extension of his physical theatre work with LeCoq & is adept at comedy, writing sketches and voicing multiple characters for the comedy podcast serial, Streets of London.
Maxim is an Avid Certified User for Pro Tools, with a Source Connect Certified Studio for guaranteed broadcast quality audio.
